Troubleshooting
- Wrong Account ID? The Account ID is a numeric value found in your Drip dashboard URL. It is NOT your email address or login username. Double-check the URL pattern:
https://www.getdrip.com/{Account_ID}/.... - "Unauthorized" error? Your API Token may have been regenerated. Go back to User Settings in Drip to verify the current token and update it in Datadrew if needed.
- Multiple Drip accounts? If you manage multiple Drip accounts, make sure the Account ID matches the account whose data you want to sync. Each account has its own unique ID.
- Data not syncing? Ensure both the API Key and Account ID fields are filled in correctly. Both values are required for the connection to work. Allow up to 24 hours for the initial data sync.
