How to connect Stamped to Datadrew

Last updated on Jul 07, 2026

What data does Datadrew pull from Stamped?

Connecting Stamped to Datadrew brings your product reviews, ratings, photo reviews, and loyalty program data into a unified analytics view. Datadrew syncs review content, NPS scores, customer sentiment, and loyalty point activity — giving you a complete picture of how social proof and loyalty programs drive revenue.

Prerequisites

  • A Stamped account on the Professional plan or higher — API access is not available on lower-tier plans
  • You must be the Account Owner to access API keys

Plan requirement: Stamped API access requires the Professional plan or higher. If you are on a lower plan, you will need to upgrade before connecting to Datadrew. See Stamped's pricing page for current plan details.

Step-by-step: Find your Stamped API credentials

  1. Log in to your Stamped Dashboard.
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Navigate to Review Integrations.
  4. Click API Keys.
  5. You will see three values: Store Hash, API Key, and API Secret.
  6. Copy all three values — you will need each one in Datadrew.

  1. In your Datadrew dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find Stamped and click Connect.
  3. Enter all three credentials in the corresponding fields.

Troubleshooting

  • "API Keys" section not visible? You are likely on a plan below Professional. Stamped restricts API access to Professional and above. Contact Stamped to upgrade.
  • "Forbidden" or "Unauthorized" errors? Only the Account Owner can view and manage API keys. If you are a team member, ask the account owner to provide the credentials.
  • Mixed up API Key and API Secret? These are two distinct values. Make sure you paste each one into the correct field in Datadrew. The Store Hash is typically a shorter alphanumeric string.
  • Data not appearing? Verify that all three fields (API Key, Store Hash, API Secret) are filled in correctly. Missing or swapped values will cause the sync to fail silently.
