What data does Datadrew pull from Yotpo?

Connecting Yotpo to Datadrew gives you access to your reviews and user-generated content data, including product reviews, star ratings, customer photos, site reviews, and Q&A data. This helps you correlate review sentiment and volume with sales performance, identify products with review gaps, and measure the revenue impact of social proof.

Prerequisites

• A Yotpo account (any plan)
• Account Admin access in Yotpo (required to view the Secret Key)
• An active Datadrew account (any plan)

Step-by-step: Find your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key

1. Log in to your Yotpo admin panel.
2. Click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Go to General Settings.
5. Your App Key is displayed on this page. Copy it.
6. To reveal your Secret Key, click the button to request it. Yotpo will send a verification email to your admin email address.
7. Open the verification email and click the link to reveal your Secret Key.
8. Copy the Secret Key immediately.

⚠️ Important: You must be an Account Admin in Yotpo to access the Secret Key. The Secret Key requires email verification before it is revealed. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email.

What to enter in Datadrew

1. In Datadrew, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Find Yotpo and click Connect.
3. Enter both keys as described in the table below.
4. Click Save to complete the connection.

Tip: In Datadrew, the API Key field is where you paste your Yotpo Secret Key (not the App Key). These are two separate credentials.

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid credentials" error: Make sure you are entering the App Key and Secret Key in the correct fields. The App Key goes in the App Key field, and the Secret Key goes in the API Key field.
• Cannot find Secret Key: Only Account Admins can access the Secret Key. If you do not see the option, ask your Yotpo account admin to retrieve it.
• Verification email not arriving: Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from Yotpo and may take a few minutes. Try requesting it again if needed.
• Keys mixed up: The App Key is a shorter alphanumeric string visible without verification. The Secret Key is longer and requires email verification to reveal.
