What data does Datadrew pull from Judge.me?
Connecting Judge.me to Datadrew lets you analyze product reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment alongside your sales data. Datadrew syncs review content, star ratings, reviewer details, and review request performance — helping you understand how reviews impact conversion rates and identify products that need attention.

Troubleshooting
- "Unauthorized" error? Double-check that you are using the Private API Token, not the Public Token. The Public Token does not grant access to the data Datadrew needs.
- Can't find API tokens? Make sure you are on the Settings → Integrations page. The API tokens section may require scrolling down.
- No reviews showing up? If your store is new to Judge.me, there may not be any review data to sync yet. Datadrew will begin pulling data as soon as reviews are collected.
- Data seems incomplete? Allow up to 24 hours for the initial sync. Judge.me's API returns data in pages, and large review catalogs may take longer.
