Step-by-step: Generate your Gorgias API key

1. Log in to your Gorgias helpdesk.
2. Click Settings (gear icon) in the left sidebar.
3. Navigate to REST API under the Integrations section.
4. Click Create API key.
5. Give the key a descriptive name (e.g., "Datadrew Integration").
6. Copy the generated API key.
7. Note down the email address associated with the API key (shown on the same page).

What to enter in Datadrew

1. In Datadrew, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Find Gorgias and click Connect.
3. Fill in all three fields (see table below).
4. Click Save to complete the connection.

Tip: Your Gorgias domain is the URL you use to log in. For example, if you log in at https://myshop.gorgias.com, your domain is myshop.gorgias.com.

Troubleshooting
