What data does Datadrew pull from Gorgias?
Connecting Gorgias to Datadrew gives you access to your customer support data, including tickets, messages, satisfaction scores, response times, and agent performance metrics. Troubleshooting
- "Authentication failed" error: Ensure the email you entered matches the one associated with the API key in Gorgias, not your personal login email.
- "Invalid domain" error: Enter only the subdomain portion (e.g.,
yourstore.gorgias.com), not the full URL withhttps://. - Cannot find REST API settings: Make sure you have Admin access. The REST API settings are only visible to account administrators.
- No data appearing: Data sync may take up to 24 hours for the initial import. Check back after the first sync completes.
