Setting Up Weekly Email Reports
Stay on top of your store's performance without logging in. Datadrew's weekly email reports deliver a comprehensive summary of your key metrics straight to your inbox every Monday morning.
What's Included in Your Weekly Report
Each weekly email report covers metrics from the past week compared to the prior period, including:
- Shopify Metrics -- Revenue, New Customers, Total Customers, Total Orders, and AOV
- Blended Ad Metrics -- Ad Spend, ROAS, and CAC across all platforms
- Meta Ads -- Ad Spend, Conversion Value, ROAS, CPC, and Click-to-Order Rate
- Google Ads -- Ad Spend, ROAS, Conversion Value, CPC, and Click-to-Order Rate
- Google Analytics (GA4) -- Sessions, Users, Add to Cart, Conversions, and Conversion Rate
Each metric shows the current value along with the percentage change (up or down) compared to the previous period, so you can spot trends at a glance.
How to Enable Weekly Email Reports
- Open the Datadrew app and navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
- Find the Email Weekly Report section.
- Toggle the switch to On.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Once enabled, Datadrew creates a scheduled automation job that sends your report every Monday at 9:00 AM in your store's local timezone.
Who Receives the Report?
The weekly email report is sent to the email addresses configured in your store's report settings. Workspace owners and admins can manage email recipients from the Settings page.
Disabling Email Reports
To stop receiving weekly emails, simply toggle the Email Weekly Report switch to Off in your Settings page and save. The underlying automation job will be paused automatically.
